Having moved on from co-running a country house hotel, Jonny wanted to keep doing something rewarding so he founded jonathanshall.com.
He saw a space in peoples lives that he could help with and so this concierge service began. The transition was not a struggle as all of the services were used in the family business that was Glassdrumman Lodge. The training needed for thoughtful assistance was already in place. The only difference was to take the services to the clients rather than the clients coming to him. So please no matter how big, small or seemingly silly or impossible, simply call and release your time and free your mind.
About Jonathan
Born in Belfast in the late 70s Jonathan is the oldest of 4 children to parents Graeme and Joan Hall. Having worked in the family run farm, hotel and restaurant business from a young age he learnt all aspects of animal husbandry, agriculture, customer care and gastronomy.
He holds amongst many Certificates and Awards a Patient Transfer Assistant and First Aid with St John Ambulance. A “Highly Commended” certificate in catering from the world renown Ballymaloe cookery school. A number of GCSE’s. NVQ’s in business and tourism subjects. He also serves in his local RNLI station as a crew member on both the D-class and Mersey-class boats.
Jonathan is married to Zoe an Intensive Care Nurse and they have one daughter, Samaria. They attend Elim Pentecostal Church in Newcastle County Down near where they live.
